The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the subsequent events which have transpired after the filing of this petition, the petitioner does not want to proceed any further with this application. The respondents are represented and do not object to the prayer for withdrawal.

The Receiver appointed by the earlier orders of Court stands discharged. Both the petitioner and the respondent will pay 1000 GMs to be shared equally between the parties to the Receiver.

With the aforesaid directions, CC/113/2023 stand dismissed as infructuous.
