The Court:-Leave granted to the Advocate-on-record of the petitioners to implead the Controller/Inventory Control and Material Planning (Supply) as party respondent in the instant writ petition.

Formality of serving copy of the writ petition upon the added respondent is dispensed with as the Kolkata Municipal Corporation is duly represented by the learned advocate.

The petitioners seek consideration of the representation dated 23rd September, 2023 filed before the aforesaid respondent. Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioners in the representation, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the aforesaid respondent to consider the representation dated 23rd September, 2023 filed by the petitioners in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to all the parties.

A decision shall be taken in the matter at the earliest, but positively within a period of ten weeks from the date of communication of this order. The parties will be at liberty to produce all necessary documents in support of their claim.

Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 23rd September, 2023 received by the office of the Corporation on 26th September, 2023 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. The writ petition stands disposed of.
