The Court : The time to implement the earlier order of Court stands extended till 25 November, 2023. It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that due to subsequent events the instant execution application has become infructuous. Accordingly, EC/755/2015 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant.

Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
