GA/1/2022 & GA/2/2022 The Court:- This is an application for condonation of delay in the filing of this application.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that there has been delay of 313 days in the filing of this application.

I have considered the averments made in the application. There are no grounds whatsoever to condone the delay. The routine averments as to the illhealth of the Advocate-on-Record of the petitioner are unbelievable and unsubstantiated. In any event such grounds, in my view, do not constitute sufficient grounds to condone the delay of 313 days. There is also no satisfactory explanation justifying the condonation of delay. Hence, GA/1/2022 shall stand dismissed. Accordingly nothing survives in GA/2/2022.
