The Court: The report dated 14th March, 2023 filed by Anti Cheating Section, Detective Department, Kolkata is kept with the records. Mr. Ghosh, Counsel for the State has filed a further report. It is submitted that the supplementary chargesheet being no. 38 of 2023 dated 13th March, 2023 has been filed today. It is also submitted that as many as fourteen accounts of the various persons including that of those of the accused have been frozen. It is expected that the chargesheet is put to committal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from date. The trial may commence and may be completed expeditiously. Liberty is given to the petitioner to avail of any other remedies in accordance with law.

WPO/2586/2022 stands disposed of.
