Learned Counsel for the decree holder has submitted that the vacant possession of the suit premises has already been handed over to the decree holder and as such, he has prayed for necessary order from this Court subject to decree holder's right to claim the rent and mesne profit.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the execution proceeding is disposed of on full satisfaction subject to decree holder's right to claim the rent and mesne profit.
