In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned orders dated 28th June, 2010, 28th February, 2011 and 27th July, 2012 and there was no interim order in the matter and in course of time this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition being WPO 1095 of 2012 is dismissed as infractuous.
