The Court :- The widow and the son of the testator are the joint applicants for the grant of probate of the last Will dated 4th January, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The other heiress in intestacy being the daughter has consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
