The Court: On call none appears for the petitioner. This application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated 30th September, 2011 passed by the Hon'ble Justice Jyotirmay Bhattacharya in WP No. 1261 of 2010 directing the School Authority to permit the petitioner to resume his duty as Head Master of the School immediately by quashing the order of suspension dated 29th April, 2010.

Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, the application for contempt is dismissed for default.
