The Court:-The petitioner filed the instant writ petition alleging illegal running of a khatal/cowshed at 35, Aga Mehdi Street, Ward No.62, Kolkata-700016 under the jurisdiction of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. During pendency of the writ petition, the cows of the cowshed have already been removed and the cowshed has been demolished. In view of such submission, the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed. There is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further.

The same stands disposed of.
