Counsel for the plaintiff has handed over the copy of the order passed by this Court on 6th July, 2023 wherein this Court has disposed of GA/2/2023 and passed an order for drawing up a decree in terms of the judgement. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the suit has already been disposed in terms of the order passed in GA/2/2023 dated 6th July, 2023 but inadvertently the matter is listed.

In view of the above, as the matter has already been disposed of let CS/236/2022 be deleted from the list of this Court. The department is directed to take appropriate steps for delisting of the CS/236/2022 from list of this Court.
