The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the award debtor that pursuant to the order dated 19th August, 2024, a fresh demand draft for Rs. 3 lakhs in replacement of the earlier cheque has been handed over to the award holder.

A chart in respect of the dues on account of principal and interest is also handed over to the award debtor. In the meantime, the award debtor is directed to take instructions insofar as the balance amount on account of interest remains due and payable.

In view of the subsequent events which have transpired after the filing of this application, CC/114/2023 stands disposed of as not pressed.
