The Court: Mr. Supratik Shyanal, learned Senior Counsel, is appearing for the petitioner.

Petitioner has filed the present application being GA/1/2025 praying for amendment in the affidavit of assets.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted probate on 17th August, 2023 and probate was issued on 8th November, 2023. At the time of preparing the inventory and accounts, the petitioner came to know in the affidavit of assets at annexure B(1) under the heading Britannia Industries Limited the face value is mentioned as Rs.2.00/- but it should be Rs.1.00/-.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the amendment in the affidavit as mention above is required to be carried out.

In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the amendment as sought for by the petitioner in affidavit of assets will not change any nature and character. Accordingly, prayers (a) and (b) of the Master Summons are allowed.

GA/1/2025 is disposed of.
