The Court: Petitioner does not want to proceed with the execution application, as the matter has been settled out of Court. The EC 442 of 2023 is disposed of upon recording such settlement between the parties. The petitioner submits that the award has been discharged in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties upon recording full and final satisfaction of the dues.

Accordingly, EC 442 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn. Written instruction is taken on record.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
