Mr. Mitra submits that the respondent department has decided not to proceed with the impugned reassessment proceeding relating to assessment year 2013-14 and document relating to such decision has been filed by Mr. Mitra in the form of affidavit and considering the same this writ petition being WPO 2621 of 2022 is disposed of without passing any further order.
