The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present and prays for allowing the petitioner to file the inventory and accounts as directed by this Court while granting Letters of Administration. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted Letters of Administration on 16th May, 2016 but subsequent thereof there are several proceedings and ultimately the interlocutory proceeding was completed in the year 2020 but in the meantime due to Covid the petitioner was not in a position to file inventory and accounts of the petitioner but at present the inventory and accounts of the petitioner is ready.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons are allowed. GA/3/2023 is disposed of.
