...for the Resolution Professional The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the judgment-debtor that during the pendency of this execution application, proceedings have been initiated against the judgment-debtor under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. In such circumstances, EC/348/2022 is dismissed by granting liberty to the decree-holder to file its claim with the Resolution Professional under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to file a fresh execution case if the circumstances so warrant, in accordance with law. A copy of the order dated 22nd May, 2023 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Bench-I, Hyderabad be kept with the records. EC/348/2022 stands disposed of.
