The Court:- This is an application for transfer of Title Suit No.1247 of 2019 [The Raring Corporation & Anr. versus Neogie Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd.] pending before the Learned 7th Bench City Civil Court at Calcutta. Heard the parties. It is submitted on behalf the defendant that the defendant had applied for transfer of the suit before this Court. I have considered the averments made in this application and I am satisfied that there are sufficient grounds as to why the matter should be transferred to this Court. Additionally, in view of submissions made on behalf of the defendant it is obvious that the parties are ad idem that the suit should be transferred to this Court. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands allowed. There shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion. The Department is directed to take steps for transfer of the records of the aforesaid suit pending before the Learned 7th Bench City Civil Court at Calcutta to this Court.

Accordingly, ALP/6/2022 stands disposed of.
