...for the respondents The Court: This is the first extension for the Arbitrator's mandate. The application contains a list of dates which shows that the respondents gave their consent on 22nd March, 2023 under Section 29-A(3) for a further period of six months and the six months expired on 9th November, 2023. The present application was made on 13th October, 2023. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents (who are also the respondents in the arbitration), submits that evidence is presently going on and the parties will proceed to arguments after this.

AP/754/2023 is accordingly allowed and disposed of by extending the learned Arbitrator's mandate for a period of six months from 9th November, 2023, as prayed for.
