The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 1st May, 2012 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The mother and the wife of the testator have pre-deceased him. Out of the two heirs in intestacy the son is the applicant. The daughter being only the other heiress has consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
