The Court: I have heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Mr. Anirban Ray, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent company has submitted that the petitioner is their regular customer and they have all intention to complete the supply of the balance amount of 5003 metric tonnes of

Lam Coke to the petitioner at the earliest. Upon taking instructions from his client Mr. Ray has further submitted that they shall supply approximately 2000 metric tonnes by 20th October, 2022 and the balance remaining by 7th November, 2022.

In light of the undertaking given by the respondent, no further order needs to be passed in this petition.

Since no affidavit has been used by the respondent, all allegations are deemed to be denied and disputed.

AP/691/2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
