For respondent CESC The Court : An old writ petition. By an order dated December 10, 2021 the same was adjourned and a specific direction was made that in the event the writ petitioner is not represented, the same may be considered for dismissal.

On June 7, 2022, the matter appeared when the writ petitioner was represented and was again adjourned.

Even today none appears for the petitioner nor any accommodation has been sought for.

In view of the above, this writ petition being WPO No.1686 of 2008 stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
