...For the Petitioner The Court: Heard learned advocate appearing for the petitioner who filed affidavit of service which is already kept on record. This matter was called on 21st November, 2022 when nobody represented the respondents. Today also when the matter was called, none has appeared and represented the respondents.

On perusal of the writ petition I find that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner has made a representation dated 24th June, 2022 making certain prayer details of which would appear from the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition being WPO 2671 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative within eight weeks from date of communication of this order.
