It is submitted by the appellant/plaintiff, appearing in person, that the time to file affidavit-in-opposition by the respondents/defendants before the learned first court is expiring today, but no affidavit-in-opposition has yet been filed. We dispose of this appeal with the observation that it will be open to the appellant/plaintiff to request the learned single judge to take up this application as an 'adjourned motion' and at that time, consider afresh his prayer for appointment of a Receiver. The appeal (APOT/397/2023) and the connected application (GA/1/2023) are disposed of.
