The Court:-Learned advocate representing the private respondents submits, upon instruction that, an application has been made for shifting the existing water connection on 17.02.2023.

Learned advocate for the Corporation admits that an application has been made. It has been submitted that steps shall be taken for consideration of the same.

The Corporation is directed to take steps in accordance with law to consider the said application of the private respondents seeking shifting of the existing water connection. It will be open for the petitioners to apply before the

Corporation to take permission for removing the existing pipelines which will then become defunct.

The instant writ petition stands disposed of. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties or their advocates on record expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
