1. The petitioner has a contract with the respondent no.1. The petitioner intends to highlight certain issues which, according to the petitioner, are illegal and the petitioner wants a resolution of the disputes that have cropped up between the petitioner and the respondent no1.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there are series of objections filed by the petitioner highlighting the illegalities and the same are pending consideration before the Chairman and Managing Director of the respondent no.1.

3. Without entering into the merits of the objections raised by the petitioner at this stage, as it appears that the issues are not compiled together properly, accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a comprehensive objection highlighting all the issues.

4. The Chairman and Managing Director of the respondent no.1 shall consider the objection to be filed by the petitioner in accordance with law/guidelines/regulations after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other necessary parties at the earliest, but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the objection before the respondent no.1. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merit of the allegations and all points are left open to be decided by the respondent no.1 at the time of consideration of the objection to be filed by the petitioner.

6. Writ petition being WPO/1742/2023 along with the connected application being GA/1/2024 is disposed of accordingly.

7. Affidavit-in-opposition and reply filed in Court today be taken on record.

8. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is also taken on record.
