The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed. The husband of the deceased predeceased her. The daughter of the testatrix died unmarried. The only son is the applicant for letters of administration. The other heirs being widow and daughter of the deceased son of the testatrix have consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
