The admitted dates are that the pleadings were completed on 7th May, 2022 and the twelve months expired on 7th May, 2023. The Tribunal was thereafter reconstituted on 4th May, 2023. The first meeting of the reconstituted Tribunal was held on 8th May, 2023 and with the respondent's consent, the twelve plus six months expired on 7th November, 2023. The present application was filed on 16th October, 2023.
