The Court: Prayers (a) to (c) were allowed on 23rd June, 2023 under which cause title was amended. Learned Counsel for the plaintiff and defendant no.2 submitted that in terms of settlement dated 21st March, 2023 executed between the parties herein, the suit may be decreed on compromise allowing prayers (d) to (f). Let prayers (d) to (f) of the Notice of Motion be allowed. Compromise decree may be drawn up by the Department.

The deed of settlement dated 21st March, 2023 shall be deemed to be part of this decree.

Let the suit be decreed on compromise.

Let the decree be drawn up.

The instant suit stands disposes of accordingly, along with pending applications.
