The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that pursuant to the filing of this application, the parties have settled their disputes. In such circumstances, the award holder does not proceed any further with this application. In view of the submissions made by the award holder, EC/454/2023 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the award holder to take back the original of the certified copy of the award dated 12 May, 2023 after replacing the same with the photocopy thereof.

Liberty is also granted to the award holder to file an appropriate execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

The warrant of arrest, if any, stands discharged. The matter has been settled out of Court.
