Heard Sri Smarajit Roychowdhury, learned senior standing counsel for the appellant/applicant and Smt. Swapna Das, learned counsel for the respondent on GA/2/2024 i.e. recall application for recall of the order dated 07.02.2024.

We have perused the application and we do not find any good reason to recall our order dated 07.02.2024. The application is totally misconceived. There is absolutely no explanation for not filing paper

book since the year 2008 and more particularly when the stop order dated 20.12.2023 was passed.
