After noting the contents of the affidavit, this Court is satisfied that the interest of the minor on whose behalf the applicant as her natural guardian has consented to the grant will be protected in future. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 9,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
