This application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed by the petitioner company alleging violation of orders dated 12th April, 2011, 20th April, 2011 and 3rd August, 2011 passed by the Hon'ble Justice Ashoke Kumar Dasadhikari in CA No. 542 of 2009 in connection with Company Petition No. 232 of 2007.

Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, the application for contempt is dismissed for default.
