Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as appears from record and submissions of the parties and particularly the prayer of the petitioner for expeditious disposal of its appeal in question relating to assessment year 2014-15 which was filed long back on 16th April, 2022, this writ petition being WPO 1744 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the CIT Appeals-20, kolkata concerned to consider and dispose of the appeal in question filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
