The Court: The balance sum of Rs.1,81,15,866/- has been paid to the award-holder pursuant to the order dated April 22, 2025. It is submitted by Mr. Saha that the compliance of this order took considerable time, which led to accrual of further interest.

In my opinion, once the awarded sum with accrued interest as on the date of order of this Court has been paid, further consequences for the delay is not taken into consideration.
