The Court:- This matter is listed in the supplementary list. Inadvertent typographical error has crept into the Order dated 12th February, 2025 in the tenth line mentioning the date as "1st October, 2025" instead of "1st October, 2001".

Accordingly, let the following words "1st October, 2001" be read in place of "1st October, 2025" in the tenth line of the aforesaid order. The order dated 12th February, 2025 is modified to the above extent. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. This order shall form part of the order dated 12th February, 2025.
