...for the respondent The Court:The pre-deposit in accordance with Section 19 of the Micro Small & Medium Development Act, 2006 has not been made. On April 1, 2024, none appeared on behalf of the parties. On April 16, 2024, the matter was taken up once again. After hearing the parties, the petitioner prayed for an opportunity to take instruction whether to proceed with the application any further. The Court directed the matter to appear "for withdrawal". On December 19, 2024 also, none appeared. It is not understood whether the petitioner wants to continue with the application for setting aside the award passed by the Council under the said Act.
