Counsel for the appellant submits that on 30th April, 2024 none appears on behalf of the respondent no.2 but inadvertently in the order dated 30th April, 2024 in paragraph 1 it is mentioned that Mr. Sailendra Tiwari, learned counsel, is appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 along with Mr. Singhania. Mr. Tiwari submits that he has appeared for the respondent no.1 only.

Counsel for the appellant further draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 23rd February, 2024 wherein on behalf of the respondent no.2 Mr. Choudhury submitted that he has received instruction to represent the said respondent and he has also further submitted that he has also received instruction in writing from the respondent no.2 that the respondent no.2 is no more interested to contest the appeal. Considering the submission made by the counsel for the appellant and Mr. Tiwari, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.1, as well as order dated 23rd February, 2024, the order dated 30th April, 2024 in paragraph 1, line no.3 'and 2' is deleted and it should be read as 'respondent No.1' in stead of 'respondent Nos. 1 and 2'.

Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 30th April, 2024.
