The Court: This is an application at the behest of the third and fourth defendant seeking revocation of leave granted under Clause 12 of the Letters Patent, 1865.

It is admitted at the Bar that leave under Clause 12 of the Letters Patent, 1865 was granted some time in 2013.

Learned advocate appearing for the plaintiff submits on instruction that the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the plaint of the present suit to be presented before the appropriate Court.

In such circumstances, the present application is disposed of by revoking leave granted under Clause 12 of the Letters Patent, 1865 and permitting the plaintiff to withdraw the suit to be presented before the appropriate Court. (DEBANGSU BASAK, J.) sp/
