...for the respondent The Court: This is a second application for extension of the learned Arbitrator's mandate under Section 29-A(4) of the 1996 Act. The Court had extended the mandate for three months from 19th July, 2023 by an order passed on the same date.

The parties before the Court, through their learned counsel and advocate-on-record, say that although arguments are complete, the Award is awaited.
