The petitioner has mentioned the matter before this Court for correction in the order dated 10th January, 2025. It is submitted that in the order at page 2 paragraph 2 line No. 3 the date of death of Bulbul Sen has wrongly been recorded as 9th November, 2018 instead of 19th September, 2018.

Accordingly, in the order dated 10th January, 2025 at page 2 paragraph 2 line No. 3 the date of death of Bulbul Sen shall be read as 19th September, 2018 instead of 9th November, 2018. Let this order be incorporated with the order dated 10th January, 2025.
