..for the Respondent The Court : Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Mr. Mitra, learned Advocate representing the respondents Income Tax Authority Concerned places the order dated 27th December, 2023, under Section 264 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, on perusal of which, I find that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and Mr. Mitra, has also filed written instruction with regard to the steps taken by the Department in compliance of the order dated 30th November, 2023 for avoiding repeated mistakes of passing order under Section 147 of the Act in spite of quashing of order under Section 148A(d) of the Act and on perusal of which, I find that the same is satisfactory and it is expected that such instruction submitted through CIT (Judicial), dated 1st January, 2024 shall be followed in its letter and spirit in future. With this observation, this writ petition being WPO/1762/2023 is disposed of.
