...for the respondent no. 2 The Court:- Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 submits that subsequent to the order passed on 29th September, 2023, extending the order of injunction dated 30th September, 2022, the arbitral tribunal has been constituted and the parties have filed their respective statements of claim and defence along with the counter-statement.

Considering the submissions, the entire dispute should now be decided by the learned Arbitrator. The interim order restraining the respondent no.2 from encashing the letter of credit, as extended by the order dated 29th
