The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the account has been regularised by the respondent. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the execution application with a liberty to file it afresh.

In light of the above submissions made the execution application being EC 354 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to take back the original copy of the Award upon replacing the same with the xerox copy of the Award.
