The Court:- This is an application for execution of an award dated 24 November, 2012.

It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been dismissed and the award has become final, binding and enforceable. On behalf of the judgment debtor/ State a cheque for Rs.2,58,11,609/- being in full and final settlement of the awarded amount is handed over to the award holder in Court.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this execution application. EC/355/2022 stands disposed by recording satisfaction of the awarded amount.
