The Court :- The deceased was survived by two heirs in intestacy under the provisions of Hindu Succession Act, 1956. The husband of the deceased subsequently died on 15th January, 2019. At present the son is the only heir in intestacy who is the applicant in the application for grant of probate. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
