Counsel for the petitioner submits that though this Court by an order dated 2nd August, 2024 has allowed the application for grant of probate but at the time of issuance of probate it was found that in the prayer portion of the probate application the date has been wrongly entered as 17th February, 2020 instead of 17th November, 2020.

Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner. Perused the original Will.

This Court finds that the original Will is dated 17th November, 2020. Accordingly, prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons are allowed. GA/1/2025 is disposed of.
