The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 17th October, 2016 left behind by the above named deceased.

After considering the affidavit affirmed by the applicant/executor on 25th July, 2023, the confusion in the application has been eliminated. One of the sons of the testator is the applicant while the others have consented to the grant.

Considering this position and the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, let probate be granted in the matter by passing an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
