The Hon'ble JUSTICE ARINDAM MUKHERJEE Date: 20th July, 2023 Ms. Mini Agarwal, Advocate for the petitioner. The Court : This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 25th November, 2020 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The testatrix under her Will dated 25th November, 2020 appointed Raj Kumar Bagaria and Rajesh Bagaria as the executors and trustees to act either jointly and/or severally. Raj Kumar Bagaria is the applicant. Rajesh Bagaria who is one of the sons and heir in intestacy of the testatrix has renounced his executorship and consented in favour of the other executor to apply and obtain the grant. All the heirs/heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
