The Court: 1. The petitioner is aggrieved that the controlling authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act has not disposed of Case No. G-10/2019 (Gopal Chatterjee Vs. Jiwanram Sheoduttrai Industries Pvt. Ltd.).

2. The matter is fixed today for evidence. It is ordered that the aforesaid case must be disposed of by the controlling authority mandatorily and positively within 45 days from date.

3. No adjournment shall be given to any of the parties. Short dates shall be given and final orders be pronounced before the expiry of 45 days as indicated hereinabove.
